1. Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.


3. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.
